The front desk is open daily from 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests will receive an email and a text message for US phone numbers in the morning on their arrival date with check-in instructions. Guests will receive an email and text message from the property with their door entry code. Guests who have non-US phone numbers will be contacted by WhatsApp instead of text message. Guests who do not receive a confirmation email should contact the property directly.
