I loved almost everything about it! As soon as you walk in they greet you. The young lady that spoke to me when I walked in was so friendly and informative and the hotel is so COOL!!!! So much seating in the lobby area and they have computer stations and comfy couches and a tv to watch and the decor is so much fun and so bright and colorful! Our room, I knew it would be small, so the size was as expected but despite it being small, the space was well utilized. The bed was a king and very comfortable though getting out may be difficult for the person by the window. You need to crawl past the feet of the person in bed with you but it wasnt a problem for me and my mom. The bathroom/shower set up are interesting. The space is small but still a perfectly usable size. The shower was nice and the water warm and I loved the smell of the body wash and handsoap. Speaking of handsoap, the sink is in the bedroom across from the bathroom door which was fine, I just wish for a little more space at the sink but I like it overall. I went to Japan in June and as soon as I walked in the room, it made me think of the rooms I stayed in in Japan except the one at CitizenM was brightly colored. You can even change the color of the lighting in the bathroom from blue, green, red, yellow, purple, pink and white, which was cool. Everything is controlled by an Ipad mini which was fine overall. There is a little eatery place in the hotel lobby area but the prices are high but there are several earing options a blocl or two away. We came for a concert at The Anthem and foundnthe walking distsnce to be fine. I used Spothero to book a parking space that was open 24/7 so we could head out early. There is a closee garage but there is a time window for which uou can enter and exit. The surrounding area is nice and the price was the cheapest of all the hotels within walking didtsnce of The Anthem. I truly am impressed with this hotel.
