This hotel falls far short of the luxury experience it advertises. The only aspects I genuinely appreciated were the tasteful room design and the fact that the property is pet-friendly. Unfortunately, those were the only highlights of our stay. For a hotel positioning itself as a luxury destination, the level of service was disappointing. Staff were not proactive, and the overall guest experience lacked the attention to detail and professionalism that should be expected at this price point. The rooftop pool is extremely small and doubles as a party venue with a bar. Loud electronic music and heavy bass continued well into the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. We were staying on the second floor, yet the noise was so disruptive that it significantly impacted our stay. A luxury hotel should prioritize guest comfort and ensure that those looking to rest are not disturbed by rooftop events. Another misleading aspect is the location and views. This is not a beachfront property, and the views are primarily of neighboring buildings. The marketing can easily create different expectations. The most unacceptable part of my experience, however, was the breakfast charge. I booked through Booking.com using a rate that clearly stated breakfast was included in the total reservation price. Despite this, the hotel charged me for breakfast throughout my stay. When I contacted the hotel, they acknowledged the mistake and assured me that I would receive a refund. More than a week has passed, and the refund has still not been processed. This level of service and follow-through is simply unacceptable, especially for a hotel claiming to provide a luxury experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. Luxury is about much more than attractive décor—it is about exceptional service, comfort, honesty, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this property failed to deliver on all of those fronts.
