They wont clean your room. Ask all you want, They just wont do it. I would say the staff needs some refining but that's the easy way out. The management is the problem. Satisfaction Guarantees mean nothing! Just a sign at the front desk. Staying again this month. If its no better, then its time to start writing to Hilton directly. I have given managers my phone and left messages to call me in my room. It never happens. Oh and maintenance? Not here. I had a problem in my room during check and they got angry at me and told me how to fix my window shade. Had someone pounding on my window. Called the front desk and guess what. No answer 5 times!!! MAnagment could care less!

The woman at the Front Desk at night was horrible. She made me miss my flight because she refused my card and wouldn’t let me back inside my room when I left my key and ID in my purse, INSIDE the room THAT I JUST WALKED OUT of.
