Upon arrival, learning we were not able to have a handicapped room, which we reserved 4 month previously, to say I was furious would be an understatement. Someone extended their stay so our reservation was useless. We were given a regular room. We NEEDED a handicapped room for the shower. We were staying 2 days. My husband can't enter a regular tub so guess what, no shower for him. It was graduation weekend so I couldn't go elsewhere. The manager I talked to was unapologetic about the room. She only said she was sorry that someone didn't call us to let us know. If you need a special room, don't book at an extended stay hotel. Your reservation means nothing. I will say that the room we had was nice and clean, just not what we needed.
