I just want to applaud the Indianola hotel and staffing. They are about what they advertise. People need to stop sleeping on them. They are the truth. I travel here for work purposes during the storm so I would not have to travel in it and also is a convenient set up for me. I loved it so much I had to do it again. And your housekeeping staff is A-1 along side the front desk staff…

The desk clerk at check in was very delightful and nice. She Had a fun personality. At checkout I waited a while for the gentleman to come to the desk. He said as little as possible and didn’t even say thank you, very disappointing. It’s very easy to say thank you to your guests. The room was fine and this is the best option of a hotel in Indianola.
