The front desk is open during the following times:Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Saturday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Sunday - Sunday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of USD 25 at check-out. Guests travelling with pets are charged a USD 56.50 fee per stay (tax inclusive), in addition to the nightly pet fee. Full payment for stays of 7 nights or longer is due at time of check-in for all bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking. If the office is closed, guests can call extension 500 from the lobby phone for check-in assistance.

Children 17 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
