From the first communication with the owner to the end of our stay, everything was perfect! The water and dock were about three steps from the sliding door of the bedroom. The sound of the waves were so relaxing. Everything was new and clean. Walking distance to all local restuarants, ice cream shops, and the Mount Washington boat lanch. There is a public sandy beach less than a mile away. I chose to swim in the beautiful water right out of the lower level. Steven checked in by email from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed. I will definately be going back! And did I mention the price was so much more reasonable than other places not even on the water. Have a boat? Ask Steven about using the dock while your there! I love this place!
