The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

This property's policy is to refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties. Up to 2 children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. In accordance with national/local laws, air conditioning may be restricted to certain hours during certain times of the year. Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work. Alcohol is not served at this property. Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions and guests can access their rooms with a mobile device. Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.
