No hotel at the location. So what breakfast?? It put me in an immense trouble. I have come on 21st April to stay in your hotel in the given address at Queen Nest Hotel650 1/2 Queen Street West, M6J 1E4 Toronto, Canada. When I rang from the phone at the door, an agent from the other end said that there was no booking under my name and that put me in extreme difficult situation. More strangely there was no name board in the hotel entry & it seems it is a horrible place. Booking.com has charged me USD 135.73 on 16th April 2026 on my card too. I need to report about this property and need a REFUND TOO. Need an immediate reply. Thanking You,
