When we got to our room their was a dirty wet washrag in the sink. we told the gal at the desk about it and they took care of it. Then we left to go out for a while and came back around ten that night ready for bed. When we turned the covers back their was hair in the bed. We asked for a different room but they said they were all full, they did come and change the linens. but that took a while, the desk clerk had to make3 or 4 trips to accomplish this. When we checked out we complained about this and were told there was only so much they could do and we would have to talk to the property manager. We left our name and telephone number, but no call from her. I called back multiple times and never a call back. It appears that they just don't care about customer service or satisfaction. I definitely will not go back and I will tell everyone I know about the poor service.

I thought it was a little over priced, but great location for both sides (ocean and the smallest river). What made it a truly amazing stay was the staff. Jesse's smile lit up the lobby and Mike made sure to personally get me extra towels and bar soap with ease . I will definitely be returning to The inn at Lincoln City for future stays on the coast where it's safer at the beach and the inn Lincoln City
